We all have to do with our lives with much care and love in spite of fact that they are some kind of miracles. If proper care is not taken for our body it will not be able to achieve what we want it to. When you are pregnant, you want your body to give you a healthy and beautiful child. If you provide your body the necessary nutrition and care, it will give you a child who will enjoy his life after being into this world. The cells by which body is made cannot be seen with human eyes. This is the point where the miracles start because these trillions of cells have to replace the older ones and also to repair the damage ones caused by the older cells are the miracles we can observe daily. But the mother has to take extra care of her body during her pregnancy period because the body’s nutrition are being used by the new human in the womb.

The most important mineral is iron present in our blood and very important for our body. The research indicates that if any one of the minerals in our body is reduced all other minerals are affected like calcium, magnesium, copper, selenium, iron, folic acid, zine, and chromium and this will finally cause migraine, anemia, fatigue, headache, leg and uterine cramps, gestational diabetes, heart problems and high blood pressure.

If the mother want to rescue her baby from the bad effects during the nine months pregnancy period, she will have to take the necessary vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. If proper consideration is not given to health she can make her child suffer from various problems and even she can lose her child.

In the early stage of pregnancy, the iron should be taken in greater amount as the child will need it in its blood cells development and also the blood circulation of mother increases up to 50 percent normal in the nine months of pregnancy. So a lot of iron is needed in this regard.

What vitamins do you take during pregnancy?

What vitamins a young mother should take? The mother should not rely on only one vitamin of mineral, as they are not equal to provide the necessary amount of energy. There is a lot of information available for comparison of these vitamins and other supplements that are available in the market. You should be aware of the fact that all the formulations will not give you proper response. For example our minerals are greatly concerned with the amino acids that are the building blocks of proteins in our body. If these minerals are taken in pure form, they will not be digested properly. They should contain amino acids in order to properly absorb in the blood. So you should check the labels of the supplement for the amino acids.

The supplement of magnesium should be taken if a woman considers herself pregnant. She should take 300 mg to 700 mg of magnesium on daily basis. It is difficult to find a formulation that consists of 50 mg magnesium. If you take 700mg of magnesium, it will not harm your body but can cause osmotic diarrhoea. That is why you see a high level of magnesium in laxatives formulations. Always try to take dose of magnesium all the day in order to avoid complications during your pregnancy.
